Given the auspicious nature burberry ties of this year’s Kids Choice Awards — its 25th year! — few were spared the threat of a green goo shower at Nickelodeon’s annual fete for kids, held live from the Galen Center in Los Angeles on Saturday.
“This year we are having the most slime ever,” promised host Will Smith, who opened the 90-minute show by leading Halle Smith to a front row target zone. As soon as the actress took her seat, she was doused from behind. Glee’s Chris Colfer got it right in the face (and mouth), and Taylor Lautner looked as if he was slimed by a cannon. And as usual, the ‘tweeners who filled the pit below the stage burberry outlet practically bathed in the icky (but non-toxic!) slop.
The show included performances by Katy Perry singing “Part of Me” and One Direction doing “What Makes You Beautiful,” while presenters (and potential slime victims) included Robert Downey Jr., Josh Hutcherson, Chris Rock, Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Kristen Stewart. The venue was crawling with Secret Service because First Lady Michelle Obama was on hand to present the Big Help award to Taylor Swift for her help with tornado and flood survivors.
As if the screams throughout the show weren’t enough to bring down the roof, Justin Bieber took the stage at the end to accept the orange blimp for best male singer. He and Smith were then hit by a tidal wave of slime.
Harry Potter fans and press descended on Leavesden, near Watford, Hertfordshire on Saturday for the grand opening of burberry shoes for men The Warner Brothers Studio Tour - The Making Of Harry Potter.
Potter stars Tom Felton, Rupert Grint and Bonnie Wright attended the red-carpet launch of the studio tours, which gives followers of the popular film series (and the J.K. Rowling books that inspired it) an up-close view of some of the costumes, props, scenery, special effects and animatronics that have fired their imaginations.
Features of the three-hour tour include such memorable sets as Dumbledore's office, Diagon Alley, the Ministry of Magic, the Gryffindor Ray ban sunglasses common room and the Great Hall of Hogwarts School
"There are so many memories from in there and to share them with everyone is great," Grint told The Press Association. " There are so many highlights but the model of the castle is out of this world."
It's but a wee bit of time until the Nokia Lumia 900 officially launches on AT&T and savvy shoppers can pick Oakley sunglasses themselves up a brand-new Windows Phone for the simple price of one penny.
No, that's not a typo. AT&T might have the Lumia 900 listed for a cool $99.99 as of this article's writing, but a quick trip over to Amazon reveals that you can purchase the same device for a tiny piece of copper (technically, copper-plated Zinc, but who's counting?)
Is that strange? The amount certainly isn't: Amazon (and others) routinely discount smartphones to entice new users to sign up for full-fledged service contracts. The same holds true for the Lumia 900: It might burberry sunglasses 2012 cost a penny, but that's only if one commits to a full two-year service plan with AT&T. That's a bare minimum of $39.99 monthly for AT&T's basic 450-minute plan and an additional $20 for AT&T's cheapest, 300-megabyte data plan.
Hey, at least you'll be grabbing that data pretty quickly, given that the Lumia 900 taps into AT&T's 4G-LTE network (not to be confused with its "4G" network.) But don't expect to just be able to grab the Lumia 900 and quit out after a short period of time: AT&T's early termination fee applies, and it's a hefty $325 minus $10 for every month of service you complete.Chanel sunglasses - cheap chanel designer sunglasses sale 2012.
What is a little strange, however, is the fact that the Lumia 900 isn't even out yet and it's already getting discounted to virtually nothing. When's the last time that happened to any smartphone you purchased? One certainly doesn't get the latest Apple iPhones for free with a new contract, nor any top-shelf Android device.
Given that the Lumia 900 has routinely been described as Nokia's flagship device for AT&T — "our hero phone," said AT&T's Jeff Bradley in an interview with CNET — it's a little odd to see it so quickly discounted without any cheap louis vuitton mens shoes accompanying sale, promotion, or explanation.
That said, AT&T does win the day for no-commitment Lumia 900 smartphones. If you want your device sans contract, it'll cost you only $449.99 at AT&T's store versus $499.99 at Amazon's. In the world of online shopping, it's certainly worth checking every site…

Others noted that as autism awareness has grown
Federal health authorities have burberry ties significantly raised their estimate of the prevalence of autism in children, concluding in a new study of 8-year-olds that 1 in 88 has some form of the disorder.
For the analysis, released Thursday, researchers scoured tens of thousands of health and special-education records in 14 states, looking for an autism diagnosis or the symptoms that would add up to one.
It is the latest in a series of studies by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showing autism rates climbing substantially in the past decade.
The previous estimate, from 2006, was 1 in 110.
The new figure, based on 2008 data, is sure to fuel debate over whether a growing environmental threat could be at work. But autism researchers around the country said the CDC data suggest that rising awareness of the disorder, better detection and improved access to services can explain much of the surge, and perhaps all of it.
Washington was not one of the states included in the study, and autism is not tracked by state health officials. But Dr. Bryan King, director of the Seattle Children's Autism Center, said the report of growing numbers of children with autism spectrum disorder wasn't news to those who work in the field. "We're up burberry outlet against a tidal wave of need," he said.
More than 1,000 families are on a waiting list for diagnostic and therapy services from Children's, he said. "Families are having to confront the difficulties in accessing services and providers are trying to keep up with the press of humanity at the door."
Nobody knows what causes autism, and there is no blood test or other biological marker. It is diagnosed by its symptoms — social and communication difficulties starting in early childhood and repetitive behaviors or abnormally intense interests — and has come to include a wide range of symptoms.
Milder forms are now recognized. One, Asperger syndrome, describes behavior that in the past might have been seen as peculiar and abnormal but not evidence of illness. Ultimately, a diagnosis comes down to clinical judgment.
Some experts questioned the validity of relying on records to estimate the disorder's true prevalence.
David Mandell, an autism expert at the University of Pennsylvania, said the CDC's numbers primarily reflect the degree to which the diagnosis and services have taken hold in different places and burberry shoes for men among different groups.
"As the diagnosis is associated with more and more services, this becomes a less and less rigorous way to determine the prevalence of autism," he said, referring to the CDC's methods.
The federal agency found that Utah, which has widespread screening programs, had the highest rate: 1 child in 47. The state was closely followed by New Jersey, which prides itself on its autism services, at 1 in 49.
At the bottom was Alabama, one of the poorest states. Its autism rate fell 20 percent between 2006 and 2008: from 1 in 167 to 1 in 208.
CDC officials acknowledged the limitations of Ray ban sunglasses their analysis. In surveillance areas where researchers had access only to health records, and not school records, prevalence estimates were generally lower.
"Our study really is more of a study of demographic differences and population differences," said Jon Baio, a CDC epidemiologist and principal investigator on the report.
The researchers hope, however, that the study will draw attention to the need for more vigorous screening early in children's lives. Research shows that early intervention offers autistic children the best long-term prospects
More than one-fifth of children identified as autistic by the CDC had no autism diagnosis in their records.
Dr. Coleen Boyle, director Oakley sunglasses of the CDC's National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, said children "still aren't being identified enough."
In response to rising concern over the skyrocketing diagnosis rates in the 1990s, the CDC set up a network of surveillance sites nationwide. Researchers do not examine children but instead periodically review records of 8-year-olds.
In its first analysis, using data from 2000, the CDC Burberry keychain estimated that 1 in 150 children had some form of the disorder. The latest estimate of 1 in 88 is already being touted as evidence that something in the environment is driving up cases.
"Autism is now officially becoming an epidemic in the United States," Mark Roithmayr, president of the advocacy group Autism Speaks, said at a news conference with CDC officials Thursday.
Others noted that as autism awareness has grown, health-care providers and school officials are more likely to label a child autistic or note autistic symptoms in the documentation that the CDC researchers rely on.
In all, the CDC identified 3,820 children with some form of autism, out of 337,093 in the surveillance areas.

The rate for white children was 1 in 83, compared with 1 in 127 for Latinos and 1 in 98 for black people — but the data show those minorities have been closing the gap.
"What we're looking at is mostly due to practices and infrastructure and culture rather than some underlying biological phenomenon," said Dr. Daniel Geschwind, an autism expert at UCLA.
Autism often has devastating effects louis vuitton belts on families, and treatment requires time, skill and patience. Medical expenses for children with autism are six times higher than for children without the disorder. Behavioral therapy, often delivered one on one, can cost as much as $60,000 a year. The advocacy group Autism Speaks estimates autism spectrum disorders cost the United States $137 billion a year.

There have been times I’ve wanted to stop playing
Wright birdied five of her last nine holes at Mission Hills Country Club and was a stroke behind the leader, Amy Yang. But Wright’s louis vuitton mens shoes sale finish was not the reason for her good mood. Fourteen months ago, Wright began taking daily medication for anxiety and depression. Before her condition was diagnosed, she nearly quit golf and questioned what she had to live for.
“I could have shot 80 today, and I’d still feel really great,” Wright said. “I don’t feel like I’m swimming with weights and dragging around 10 pounds of excess baggage. I sleep better, and I’m happier.”
Wright, 32, grew up in Australia and attended Pepperdine. As a senior, she finished second at the 2001 N.C.A.A. championships to Candy Hannemann of Georgia. After playing on the Futures Tour, she matriculated to the L.P.G.A. tour, where she found the environment not at all collegial. Wright described feeling like an outsider and spoke of the homesickness and loneliness that settled into her marrow after months away from her family.
Describing the tour as “an insular, introverted, isolated world,” Wright said she found no relief during her too-brief trips home. “My best mates were having families and everybody seemed to be growing up, and I was out here doing this,” she said. “Which is nothing wrong; it’s a great lifestyle if you have a healthy balance.”
Wright played well in the first half of 2009, finishing fourth at the Kraft Nabisco Championship and second at the L.P.G.A. Championship. “And after that,” she said, “it was kind of a downhill, slippery slope. It just kind of happened quickly. You have bouts, and without getting into the psychology and everything, it wasn’t a great time, and I just couldn’t really get through it.”
On the last day of 2009, Wright turned 30. That was one low point. Another came at the 2010 Women’s British Open, when Wright dissolved into tears on the Royal Birkdale practice green. She shot rounds of 77 and 73 and missed the cut.
“People would say, ‘Oh, what’s wrong with your golf?’ and I thought: ‘It’s not my golf. It’s my head,’ ” Wright said.
She added: “People think, ‘Depression — oh, just get over it if you’re in a bad mood,’ or whatever. It really impacts you physically, and playing on this tour, coming out and trying to play, grinding it out each week louis vuitton men hoodies when you’re not sleeping and you can’t concentrate or focus and the other symptoms with it, it just gets you down, and it’s a bit of a nightmare.”
Athletes are conditioned to fight through the pain, to plow through mental and physical barriers. Wright said she was brought up to believe that when the going gets tough, the tough get going. “Where I played golf and grew up, it’s like, you just get on with it and do it, get over it and move on,” she said.
Wright was at home when she watched a television program in which a woman discussed her depression. “That’s me,” Wright said she remembered thinking. Not long afterward, at the insistence of a friend who is not an athlete, Wright said she sought help.
“When I did go to the doctor and got a diagnosis, I realized, ‘Jeez, I really do have a problem here,’ ” Wright said.
She played in 16 events last year, taking off the last four months to explore life without competitive golf.
“I felt really like I was being smothered by it, by the lifestyle and golf,” said Wright, who worked in public relations at a few men’s and women’s events in Australia. She resumed practicing in January and won for the first time in eight years, at the New Zealand Open, in February.
“There have been times I’ve wanted to stop playing, but when I’ve wanted to, I thought, if I stop playing now is it the depression or is it that I don’t enjoy golf?” Wright said. “So I didn’t want to quit something I’ve worked my whole life for because I was mental, basically. So last year was that test for me. I played last year, and I really enjoyed it. I liked golf, but my heart was at home.”
Wright had decided that this would be her last year on tour. Her victory in New Zealand did not cause her to change her timetable on retiring from competitive golf — and she’s not sure a victory this week would, either.
“It would be nice to leap in the pond on Sunday, but it wouldn’t change the plan, no,” Wright said. “I just want to enjoy my life.”

She also indicated she had first heard of the shortfall
Top MF Global executives and burberry ties their lawyers have been meeting with federal authorities investigating the collapse of MF Global and the firm’s misuse of customer money, according to testimony before a Congressional panel on Wednesday.
The testimony, delivered by the firm’s general counsel and two top finance officers, indicated that the federal investigation was progressing five months after the brokerage firm filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 31.
The investigation — led by regulators, federal prosecutors and the Federal Bureau of Investigation — has been constrained because an important MF Global employee had declined to cooperate without first receiving a deal excusing her from criminal prosecution.
That employee, Edith O’Brien, an assistant treasurer of MF Global, continued her silence before the oversight panel of the House Financial Services Committee on Wednesday, as she invoked her constitutional right against self-incrimination. A standoff ensued as lawmakers hurled pointed questions about transfers of customer money that Ms. O’Brien oversaw. But Ms. O’Brien did not take the bait.
“On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based on my constitutional rights,” Ms. O’Brien said, appearing to burberry outlet clutch a cross in one hand as she rebuffed lawmakers again and again.
Her silence was not well received by lawmakers.
“We’re extremely disappointed,” said Representative Randy Neugebauer, a Texas Republican who is chairman of the oversight panel. The panel, he said, would consider recalling her and Jon S. Corzine, the firm’s former chief executive, to testify in the coming months.
Ms. O’Brien was excused from the hearing early. She was chased by a throng of reporters as she left the hearing room.
The spotlight then shifted to three MF Global executives who remained: Laurie Ferber, the firm’s general counsel; Henri J. Steenkamp, the chief financial officer; and Christine Serwinski, the North American chief financial officer.
Each executive said he or she was cooperating with the federal investigation into MF Global. Ms. Ferber plans to meet with prosecutors on April 6.
Mr. Steenkamp’s lawyers have offered a so-called proffer statement, an initial but important step in which burberry shoes for men lawyers outline what their client may say in an interview with investigators.
Ms. Serwinski said she had twice met with investigators.
Otherwise, the much anticipated hearing, which was the fifth Congressional forum on MF Global, was short on major revelations. The witnesses repeatedly defended their actions or invoked ignorance about the intricacies of customer accounts.
“I am deeply saddened, upset and frustrated that money belonging to MF Global Inc. customers have not been returned in full,” Mr. Steenkamp said.
He added, “I unfortunately have limited knowledge of the specific movement of funds.”
During the three-hour hearing, lawmakers lambasted the witnesses for their broad denials and claims of ignorance about how more than $1 billion in customer money had disappeared from the firm.
“I appreciate your consistency in having nothing to add,” Representative Michael E. Capuano, a Massachusetts Democrat, said to the witnesses, Ray ban sunglasses eliciting laughter from the gallery of onlookers.
One central focus of the hearing was a suspect transfer of $175 million on Oct. 28 from MF Global to JPMorgan Chase. Ms. O’Brien oversaw the transfer, which was used to patch an account that MF Global had overdrawn at the bank.
Given the myriad ways the bank interacted with MF Global, JPMorgan employees could see the trail of transfers that allowed the brokerage firm to cover its overdraft.
MF Global first withdrew $200 million from customer accounts and placed the money in its own coffers.
The brokerage firm then transferred $175 million of it to cover the overdraft in an account at JPMorgan in London.
The transfer, the bank explained, was not problematic on its face. Futures firms often keep a cushion of cash in customer accounts to facilitate day-to-day operations in the event of situations like market Oakley sunglasses swings, and can draw upon the cushion at will.
But JPMorgan knew MF Global was in distress, and asked the firm’s chief executive, Mr. Corzine, for answers. The conversation set off a back and forth between the bank and MF Global.
“I had great respect for her,” Ms. Ferber said of Ms. O’Brien.
JPMorgan sent three letters to MF Global, each more specific than the last, looking for written confirmation from Ms. O’Brien that the source of the transfer had not violated regulations.
Ms. Ferber, MF Global’s general counsel, told the bank that the first letter was too broad, because it sought assurances about all transfers, not just the ones in question.
Ms. Ferber said she had no reason to believe that burberry sunglasses 2012 customer money was at risk.
A revised letter that mentioned just the transfer of Oct. 28 was finally sent. But Ms. O’Brien, who within the industry was considered an expert of sorts on the subject of protecting customer accounts, never signed it.
A JPMorgan lawyer testifying Wednesday, Diane M. Genova, said that MF Global employees repeatedly had given the bank assurances over the phone that the transfer was not funded by customer money.
Lawmakers on Wednesday asked Ms. Serwinski repeatedly about the wisdom of the transfer.Armani sunglasses for women, cheap armani glasses for men sale.
“Knowing what you know today would you have made that transfer?” Mr. Neugebauer asked Ms. Serwinski, who was on vacation during MF Global’s final week and did not play a role in specific transfers.
“No,” she replied.
In her written testimony, Ms. Serwinski said that there had been red flags regarding customer funds as early as Thursday, after the firm had burned through a buffer of money protecting customer funds. She also indicated she had first heard of the shortfall on Saturday, Oct. 29, a day before regulators were told of the shortfall.
Representative Michael G. Fitzpatrick, Republican of Pennsylvania, asked Ms. Serwinski, who cut her vacation short to return to the firm on the evening of Oct. 30., why she had not told any of the regulators when cheap louis vuitton mens shoes she became concerned.
“We did not believe it was a deficiency at that point,” she replied.

The farewell posted online came after suspected members
Prior to Justin Bieber’s burberry ties eighteenth birthday, there was a lot of wonder about whether the teen idol could continue his success into adulthood. We likely won’t know the true answer to that for at least another decade, but let’s just say he’s off to a pretty good start. The Biebs’ new single “Boyfriend”, his first since being allowed to smoke, somehow moved an astounding one hundred and seventy-two thousand units during its four twenty-four hour period, and that’s arguably not even the best part.
For all his success, Justin Bieber has never really crushed the radio. His singles “One Time” and “Baby” got some solid airplay, but they actually peaked on the Mainstream Top 40 Airplay Chart at fourteen and sixteen respectively. With “Boyfriend” however, early tracking numbers indicate he could do far better. According to Billboard, the track may well enter the chart in the top twenty. As songs normally rise for a few weeks, he could well wind up in the top ten or even top five. If he does, it’ll be another notch in his belt and a promising signal for future success.
I like Bieber and wish him nothing but burberry outlet the best, but I must say I am a bit confused as to why the airplay seems to be so high for this song in particular. It’s definitely a bit more mature, but it doesn’t quite have the memorability of “Baby”. What do you think? How does “Boyfriend” compare? Listen to the song and then let us know what you think by rating in the poll below…
It can't be all victory tours and dessert buffets for "The Hunger Games": The film has some critics making controversial statements about star Jennifer Lawrence -- specifically regarding her weight.
The film tells of a malnourished North American nation, Panem, under the control of a sleek and excessive capitol city, with the participants in the annual fight-to-the-death Hunger Games depicted as skin-and-bones teenagers clawing for survival.
Some folks find that Lawrence looked a little too well-fed to play the bow-toting Katness Everdeen.
"A few years ago burberry shoes for men Ms. Lawrence might have looked hungry enough to play Katniss, but now, at 21, her seductive, womanly figure makes a bad fit for a dystopian fantasy about a people starved into submission," said Manohla Dargis of the New York Times.
A bold indictment, if you ask us, of a 21-year-old star who currently captivates the attention of impressionable young females and her same-aged peers in show business. But are the critical sentiments -- Vulture has a comprehensive roundup -- correct?
On the one hand, the content adapted from Suzanne Collins' dark novels dictates that these oppressed citizens are in fact emaciated. But by all standards Lawrence is hardly overweight, though widely attributed with that dread celeb magazine buffer of "curvy."

Smith's shot selection can give a coach nightmares
His second-leading scorer is a wild, burberry handbags crazy gunner whose shot selection is straight off a New York playground.
His center is a soft-spoken African still learning how to play the game.
His team finished seventh in the Big East in the regular season, including a 31-point loss to Providence.

And Saturday, when his Louisville team advanced to the NCAA men's Final Four, Pitino smiled bigger than we've seen him smile in a long time and gushed into a microphone, "Aside from the birth of my six children, this is the happiest day of my life."
His team's next game — Louisville vs. Kentucky in the Final Four in New Orleans on Saturday — is all about the state of Kentucky, not Indiana. But it would certainly be fitting, and accurate, for Pitino to channel Norman Dale of the movie Hoosiers and, before they head onto the floor of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, softly tell his players, "I love you guys."
Theirs is a moving drama worthy of screenwriters and a musical score.
Like Dale, Pitino has endured scandal and embarrassment, most famously as a result of a woman being tried and convicted in 2010 for trying to extort money from Pitino, who is married, to keep secret a one-night stand in 2003.
The more the once-haughty Pitino talks about embracing humility, both in regard to that incident and because of his failure as coach of the Boston Celtics, the more sincere he sounds.Ray ban sunglasses, cheap gucci sunglasses, burberry sunglasses sale.
Like the Hickory team in Hoosiers, the Louisville Cardinals (30-9) were pounded from time to time early in the season. Their weaknesses were exposed. Their resolve was tested.
But they believed in their coach and themselves, they worked extremely hard and, when the stage got bigger and the games more important, they played their hearts out.
"These guys are complete warriors," Pitino says.
The whole thing reminds Pitino of 25 years ago, when he took Big East doormat Providence to the Final Four in 1987 while grieving the death because of heart failure of his 6-month-old son, Daniel.
That's a memory that is bittersweet and a connection that is eerie, because while Pitino has been coaching this team to the Final Four, he's been talking and texting with members of the 1987 Providence team about plans for their 25-year reunion celebration in May. And, in the West Regional final Saturday in Phoenix, his team beat Florida, coached by the star of the '87 Providence team and probably Pitino's favorite all-time player, Billy Donovan.
As they say in the infotainment business, this is a story with multiple entry points.
However you approach it, the tale of the 2011-12 Louisville Cardinals ends up being about a great bond that has been formed. "I've been proud of a lot of teams, and I've said this team reminds me of the '87 team," Pitino says. "I've never wanted a Final Four more in my life than in '87. Just to ease the pain that we were going through at the time of losing a son and to distract my wife and family from that.
"And I've never wanted a Final Four more than for these guys. They give me every single thing they have in their bodies. They're the burberry ties most incredible group to coach. And now they're going to get this experience. And the only thing I've asked them to do is not be satisfied by going."
Oh, there will be more things he'll ask, and demand.
Just ask Peyton Siva and Gorgui Dieng and Russ Smith. Their coach might be smiling more and bigger than usual, but embracing humility doesn't mean abandoning his drive and intensity.
Siva is the 6-0 junior point guard whom Pitino was screaming at Saturday for ill-advised fouls. He has had an up-and-down season but has shown some brilliance in the tournament and credits his coach for staying on him and helping him through tough times.
"Of course, he gets a little out of control at practice," Siva says. "He gets on us. … He's a great coach to play for. … Everybody grasps the fact that he has been there and knows what it takes to be successful."
Dieng is the 6-11 sophomore center from Senegal who is trying to be a sponge and soak up everything the wise, old sage can offer.
"This guy, he's always thinking like how he can get this kid better," Dieng says. "My freshman year, I was complaining a lot. I'm tired, my legs hurt. He changed my whole mentality. He made me tougher, and he burberry hats for women teaches me how this game can change your life."
And Smith is the no-conscience, fearless 6-0 sophomore who, though sixth in minutes played, leads the Cardinals in shot attempts … and led them to victory Saturday with some clutch plays down the stretch.
Smith's shot selection can give a coach nightmares.
But Pitino has a soft spot in his heart for him. He even made up a word for some of Smith's shots: Russ-diculous.
Sometimes Pitino has seen enough and he'll yank Smith from the game. Then, when he needs offense a couple of minutes later, he'll put him back in.
Smith, like Pitino a New Yorker, listens to his coach patiently, then goes in and keeps firing up shots.
Some go in.
But whether they do or don't go in for Louisville in New Orleans, this will always be one of Pitino's favorite teams, a reminder of 1987.
And it's not, he says, just burberry sunglasses because this team, like the one in '87, overachieved. It's because these guys worked hard in the classroom, have a Bible study, have each other's backs and always find something to laugh about.

Baylor couldn't — and the Bears' roster burberry ties is full of talent. Indiana couldn't — and the Hoosiers had beaten the Wildcats earlier this season. Iowa State couldn't — and it wasn't close.
The Wildcats have marched through the NCAA tournament on a mission, barely celebrating victories along the way, insisting they are not even watching other games. Reaching the Final Four wasn't an achievement. It was an expectation.
To win a national championship — and Kentucky fans won't be happy with anything less — the Cats will have to get through two very good basketball teams.

Their next foe is a familiar one, Louisville. The Cardinals lost to Kentucky 69-62 on Dec. 31, but they've played their best basketball over the past month. Since losing to Syracuse at the end of its regular season, Louisville has won eight in a row.
Throw in Rick Pitino, his burberry handbags outlet rocky relationship with John Calipari and history with the Kentucky program, and Saturday's Final Four showdown will make for entertaining theater.
Even considering Anthony Davis' possible knee injury (which he returned from during Sunday's game), Kentucky remains the favorite. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is playing as well as he has all year, and the Wildcats' defense is unrelenting.
If Davis gets in early foul trouble or multiple Kentucky starters get injured, Saturday's game could be close. But the Cats will move on to face the winner of Kansas-Ohio State.
Two All-American big men will face off in Saturday's second matchup, another rematch. Ohio State played without its star, Jared Sullinger, and lost to Thomas Robinson-led Kansas in early December.
But this time both teams will be at full strength. Sullinger and Robinson both average more than 17 points and nine rebounds per game. Expect a physical but fun matchup there with Ohio State winning a close one.
In the next round, it won't matter. Kentucky has shown all season it's the best team.
It happened first in the 2008 national semifinals, and again Sunday at the Edward Jones Dome for the Midwest Region championship. In a game that burberry sneakers women had been tight throughout, Kansas scored the last 12 points to oust the top-seeded Tar Heels, 80-67.
The Jayhawks (31-6) will face the East champion, Ohio State (31-7), in a national semifinal next Saturday in New Orleans — the first Final Four appearance by Kansas since its 2008 national championship.
North Carolina (32-6), playing its second game without point guard Kendall Marshall (broken bone in right wrist), shot a sizzling 63.6 percent from the field in the first half but faded down the stretch, missing its final nine field-goal attempts and 14 of its last 16. In the second half, the Tar Heels made only seven baskets and went 0 for 10 on 3-point attempts.
Williams said he thought his team panicked at the end.
“It was pretty there for a while,” Williams said. “It just wasn’t very pretty those last five minutes.”
Tyshawn Taylor had 22 points and Thomas Robinson, named the regional’s most outstanding player, 18 points for No. 2-seeded Kansas. But two big blocks by the Kansas seven-footer Jeff Withey, playing with four fouls, helped the Jayhawks pull away in the final minutes. Withey finished with 15 points, making all five of his shots from the field, and had three blocks.
In a game that featured 13 lead changes and 15 ties, Kansas led by one when the Tar Heels seven-footer Tyler Zeller Ray ban sunglasses blocked Taylor on a drive. Moments later, Taylor stole the ball, and Elijah Johnson — shooting 2 for 10 from the field to that point — sank a pull-up 3-pointer from the left wing.
“I couldn’t go home thinking I had a shot and backed off it,” said Johnson, one of the most dependable Jayhawks in the second half throughout the tournament.
With 2 minutes 4 seconds to play, North Carolina’s 6-foot-11 John Henson, playing gamely after twisting his right ankle in the first half, drove for the basket. But Withey, the Big 12 defensive player of the year, swatted the shot, spied Taylor and tipped it ahead to him for a fast-break layup and a 3-point play.
“I saw him coming down the middle and I stepped up,” Withey said. “I just threw my hands up and he shot it into my hands. Then I looked burberry watches for men outlet where the ball was, saw Ty and tried to tip it to him.”
Taylor said, “It was the perfect play for us.”
Then Stilman White, starting for Marshall, saw an opening and drove inside. Withey blocked that too. Kansas broke the other way, and Travis Releford finished with a two-handed dunk to make it 76-67 with 1:29 to play — the biggest lead by either team to that point. After a 3-point miss by White, Releford sank one of two foul shots for a 10-point lead with 49 seconds to play.
“A lot of times, a guy with four fouls won’t guard you because he wants to stay in the game,” Williams said, adding: “It wasn’t just us missing shots. Jeff was a load inside.”
Releford dribbled out the final seconds as he and Taylor waved their arms at the stands, an unnecessary gesture in front of a crowd of 24,107 that was up and cheering. The preponderance of blue — and not the Carolina shade — suggested that Kansas fans had bought most of the tickets dumped by Ohio and North Carolina State fans after losses in the Round of 16.
James Michael McAdoo had burberry shoes 15 points for North Carolina.
Williams said Marshall, who took part in noncontact drills at practice Saturday, was sore afterward. After that, playing Sunday was not a consideration.

You can ask as many questions as you want
With Derrick Rose and Richard Hamilton sidelined indefinitely, Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau again detailed his and the burberry ties organization's philosophy on playing availability.
"If someone is injured, regardless of where we are or who we're playing against, we don't want him to play," Thibodeau said before Wednesday's morning shootaround at Air Canada Centre. "If somebody is hurting and they can play, that's a different story. We want Derrick to be completely healthy. And when he is, he will play.
"Somehow this notion that you can miss the entire season and come back in the playoffs and play well, I haven't seen that. So I don't know what people are talking about. You have to build the right habits so you can perform well when it matters most."
Thibodeau continued his cat-and-mouse game of calling Rose a game-time decision with his groin injury, even though Rose hasn't begun running and is shuffling along rather than walking purposefully. There is no definitive timetable for either player's return, although Rose is more week-to-week than day-to-day.
Hamilton said Monday that he only recently became able to lift his right arm above his sprained shoulder. With just 17 games remaining, Thibodeau fielded a question on the ideal number of games at full strength to build continuity for the postseason.
"As many as possible," he said.
The follow-up question centered on if there is a minimum number of games Thibodeau would feel comfortable with for rhythm, timing and continuity.
"There are certain things you can't control," he said. "Whatever the circumstances are, we're going to deal with them as best we can."
Rose sat for the 15th time. Hamilton has missed 33 games.
Friendly foe: Joakim Noah said he contacted Ronny burberry handbags outlet Turiaf, his teammate on the French national team, after his buyout by the Nuggets. Speaking before Turiaf signed with the Heat later Wednesday, Noah offered a scouting report on the reserve big man.
"He's a great defensive player and somebody who is very underrated offensively," Noah said. "He can shoot it a little. He's good in handoff situations. He can finish well at the rim. Whoever picks him up is definitely going to get a great addition."
Milestone time: In words that surely would please his coach, Noah put Thibodeau's NBA record of reaching 100 victories faster than any coach in perspective.
"Thibs is the hardest-working guy in the NBA period, either player or coach, and he's very well-deserving," Noah said. "But we all understand we're playing for things bigger than that. We're playing for a championship."
After winning five NBA titles with the Los Angeles Lakers, Derek Fisher chose the West-leading Oklahoma City Thunder as the team where he wants to go for No. 6.
Fisher signed with the Thunder for the remainder of the season on Wednesday, not quite a week after he was traded to Houston by the Lakers and subsequently bought out of his contract instead of playing with the Rockets.
He picked jersey No. 37, the same as his age, and hoped to play right away and perhaps be able to maintain his streak of consecutive games played.
More importantly, he burberry sneakers women wants to continue his run of postseason success.
"Right now, they sit on top of the Western Conference and I'm just hopeful that the things that I do, the things that I've always brought to every team I've ever played on, can be the right mix to help these guys continue to do whatever it is that they're already doing," Fisher said before the game.
The Thunder lost their backup point guard, Eric Maynor, to a season-ending knee injury in January but hadn't made any moves to address the position. All-Star Russell Westbrook had been taking on extra minutes as the starter, with rookie Reggie Jackson taking over as his backup.
Then Fisher became available when the Lakers decided to acquire Ramon Sessions from Cleveland and promote Steve Blake to the starter. Fisher had won five titles alongside Kobe Bryant in two separate stints with the Lakers, with stops in Utah and Golden State in between.
He had played 13 of his 16 NBA seasons with Los Angeles before getting dealt away at last week's trade deadline.
"I think that I was surprised by it, but since then I've very much realized that it's not so much about what went wrong and why it happened but more so where I'm going next and the next chapter of my life," Fisher said,Ray ban sunglasses declining to speak in depth about his divorce with the team until later.
Fisher figures to take over Jackson's backup minutes, although coach Scott Brooks called the 2011 first-round draft pick one of the Thunder's "important pieces going forward." Fisher has averaged 8.7 points and 3.1 assists during his career and has played in 209 playoff games in 13 trips to the postseason.
"He has winner all over his DNA," Brooks said. "You can never have enough winners in your locker room, and we have a locker room full of them. He just gives us one more winner."
Fisher played with the Lakers when they knocked Oklahoma City out in the first round of the 2010 playoffs on their way to a second straight championship. He said he's always respected the team because he's observed that the players play with energy every single game.
That approach was reinforced when he met with general manager Sam Presti while he was going through the process of clearing waivers and becoming a free agent.
"It's very clear that there's one common goal, and that's to maximize the abilities of every player on the team and try to bring, at some point, a championship to Oklahoma City," Fisher said.
Oklahoma City made room for Fisher cheap burberry sneakers by waiving forward Ryan Reid, a second-round pick in 2010 who had played in only five games over the past season and a half.
"He's got great poise, he's got a great basketball IQ, great recognition on both ends of the floor," Presti said of Fisher. "He understands the league, he's a well-regarded corner shooter and someone that we feel like can settle you down and make plays for you throughout the body of the game."
Presti praised Jackson and reserve Royal Ivey for filling Maynor's minutes over the past two months well enough to give Oklahoma City the league's third-best record, behind Miami and Chicago, heading into Wednesday night's game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
"We have a lot of confidence in the group that we have in place, obviously, to be where we are right now," Presti said. "We know we can improve. ... We feel like Derek's someone that can help enhance where we are currently."
Two-time scoring champion Kevin Durant endorsed Fisher's arrival even before he had officially signed and envisioned him as a mentor to the young team who's still able to hit clutch shots and defend. He was hesitant to look forward and assess Fisher's impact on the Thunder's championship hopes.
"You can ask as many questions as you want, but it's a little different if you go through it yourself," Durant burberry bags on sale said. "I'm just going to just try to pick his brain as much as I can about the game of basketball but at the same time, of course if I want to get to that goal, I'll have to experience it myself."

The Republican National Committee
Obama collected $21.3 million in his campaign account in February, not counting millions more he has raised for the Democratic National burberry ties Committee. No Republican candidate was expected to come close. Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney, who has led GOP candidates in fundraising, previously announced raising $11.5 million last month.
However, some of the Republican Party's most established donors increased their support in February to the pro-Romney Restore Our Future super PAC ahead of a spate of March primaries. The super PAC, run by former Romney aides, has blistered his opponents Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich with millions of dollars in negative advertising in early voting states.
Houston homebuilder Bob Perry, a veteran Republican financier who helped fund Swift Boat attack ads against 2004 Democratic nominee John Kerry, donated $3 million to Restore Our Future last month, nearly half the amount the group raised.
Republican donors "are either trying to resolve the nomination fight faster by helping Romney knock out his opponents or they consider the nomination fight resolved and they are aligning behind the person they think is the burberry handbags outlet winner," said Richard Briffault, a campaign-finance expert at Columbia Law School.
Restore Our Future collected $6.4 million in February alone, according to a report filed Tuesday with the Federal Election Commission. A pro-Gingrich super PAC raised $5.7 million, with $5 million coming from casino mogul Sheldon Adelson and his wife, Miriam. By contrast, the super PAC created to help President Obama, Priorities USA Action, announced that it took in $2 million last month — half of which came from a single donor, television host Bill Maher.
Campaign reports were due by midnight Tuesday. Texas Rep. Ron Paul reported raising $3.3 million in February and collected nearly $34.4 million for the entire election cycle.
Santorum raised $9 million in February, bringing his total for the election to nearly $15.7 million. He reported having $922,448 in debt and repaying himself for a $20,000 personal loan to the campaign.
Obama has collected burberry sneakers women more than $172.7 million since January of last year — a sum that swamps his Republican challengers, but falls shy of the $193.7 million he had raised at this point in the 2008 election, federal data show.
The president's campaign has implored donors to give. In a recent e-mail to supporters last week, campaign manager Jim Messina warned that Republicans "have groups ready to spend hundreds of millions of dollars."
Obama's "challenge is to persuade his financial supporters that it's not too early to give money," Briffault said.

Dance he thinks he'll get his best scores for: "His first two dances are the Cha-Cha and Quickstep, if I'm correct. Prediction for how far he'll go in the competition: "DD has the potential to go to No. 1, and I believe he will. I can picture it clearly … the Mirror Ball, the smile, the cheers.''

After winning six of their last seven games
But 11th-seeded North Carolina State’s 66-63 victory over No. 3 Georgetown on Sunday showed that Obama might have been relying burberry ties on more than political guile when he made such a bold prediction about a team that nearly missed making the N.C.A.A. tournament.
“We just want to keep it going,” forward Richard Howell said. “There’s going to be a lot of people jumping on our bandwagon, people that didn’t think we’d be here right now.”
After winning six of their last seven games, the Wolfpack (24-12) are on their way to the Round of 16 for the first time since 2005. They will face the winner of Sunday’s Midwest Region game between No. 2 Kansas and No. 10 Purdue when they get to St. Louis.
Forwards C. J. Leslie and Scott Wood and swingman C. J. Williams each scored 14 points to lead North Carolina State. Yet it was guard Lorenzo Brown, who burberry handbags made three free throws in the final 10.6 seconds, who clinched the win for North Carolina State. After Brown missed the second of two free throws with 4.6 seconds to play, Georgetown guard Jason Clark heaved a 3-pointer that missed as time expired.
North Carolina State sent the Hoyas (24-9) to yet another premature tournament exit. Georgetown has not made it beyond the Round of 32 since 2007, when it reached the Final Four. The Hoyas were also upset by double-digit seeds in 2008, 2010 and 2011.
“We weren’t picked to do anything in the beginning of the season,” Clark said. “Everybody doubted us. But as a group we believed in each other, and we proved a lot of people wrong.”
The Hoyas’ loss represented a rare setback in this tournament for the Big East Conference. On Saturday, the league placed burberry belts three teams into the Round of 16: No. 1 Syracuse in the East and No. 3 Marquette and No. 4 Louisville in the West.
North Carolina State had difficulty scoring, but it balanced the inside play of its talented frontcourt duo, Leslie and Howell, with 46.7 percent shooting from 3-point range.
Meanwhile, the Hoyas had to play without the foul-troubled center Henry Sims, who facilitates their Princeton offense from the paint, for longer than Coach John Thompson III would have liked. The 6-foot-10 Sims had 4 points in 22 minutes.
“We are better when Henry’s on the court, yes,” Thompson said. “But do we have other people that consistently all year have stepped up when he hasn’t been on the court? The answer to that is yes also.”
The loss of Sims, who played six minutes in the first half, made it hard for Georgetown to run its offense as crisply as it wanted. Sims is Georgetown’s assists leader and orchestrates the offense.
Hollis Thompson led the Hoyas with 23 points, making 8 of 15 field-goal attempts.
North Carolina State capitalized on Sims’s absence by collapsing in the lane, making it hard for the Hoyas to penetrate and run their offense, burberry scarves which is predicated on cuts and screens. The Wolfpack forced the Hoyas into 25 attempts from 3-point range.
“We had to really defend them well, which I thought we really did,” Gottfried said. “They had a couple of backdoor plays. They’re going to get some of those. We talked about that; that’s what they do. But they didn’t get very many.”
After an up-and-down season, North Carolina State barely made it into the bracket. The Wolfpack got into the tournament despite a 1-8 record against teams ranked in the top 50 of the Ratings Percentage Index and two losses to teams outside the top 100.
“You never know what to expect in this tournament,” Brown said. “A lot of great teams went down a couple of burberry kids skirts cheap days ago. And we’re just out here playing our best, and Coach is a believer in us, and we believe in ourselves.”
The victory was another highlight in Gottfried’s first season at North Carolina State. He took over after the program, which struggled in five seasons under Sidney Lowe and failed to lure bigger-name coaches like Shaka Smart of Virginia Commonwealth.
Gottfried was hired after a two-year hiatus from coaching, having worked at Murray State and Alabama for 14 seasons. When some Wolfpack players considered transferring after he was hired, Gottfried told them he intended to win immediately. That bore true on Sunday.
After the victory, a message was scribbled burberry bags outlet on the white board in the locker room: “Sweet 16, St. Louis, Mo.” For the Wolfpack, who narrowly made the field of 68, it was a destination that few fans had projected. Except for the president.

Instead of being the Hollywood nagging mom
But that's OK. His brother and, particularly, his mother are just broken enough to make Jeff, Who Lives at Home burberry ties stars out of four, rated R, opens today nationwide) a winner despite its energy-less title character.
Jason Segel plays Jeff with unkempt likability, portraying a 30-year-old who lives at home, records his thoughts on the toilet and hasn't had a girlfriend since his father died when he was a teen.
There's nothing wrong with Jeff as a character; lovable stoners are a Hollywood fixture. But they're just tough to hang a movie on. Jeff is no exception: He gets little to do beyond drifting from one dysfunctional relationship to another, looking befuddled and offering advice like "go with your gut."
Thankfully, Ed Helms and Susan Sarandon burberry handbags outlet pick up where Jeff leaves off, and then some.
About the movie.
Sarandon has become an actress who has not only glided seamlessly into middle age, she's adroit at grappling with the slide onscreen. Her loneliness and fatigue with her sad-sack sons is heartbreaking.
Sweet and silly, Jeff begins with a hilarious homage to Signs, the M. Night Shyamalan thriller that posits that all events are predestined. It's a motif that rules Jeff the man and the movie. Jeff floats from toilet to bong to television, wondering what the universe has in store.
Jeff's brother Pat (Helms), meanwhile, is trying to convince his wife Linda (the terrific Judy Greer) that a financed Porsche will be the key to their ailing marriage.
Directed by burberry beige handbag brothers Jay and Mark Duplass (The Puffy Chair), Jeff begins as a sibling rivalry but soon becomes a showcase for Sarandon's Sharon, a mother who can't help but enable and curse her children.
Instead of being the Hollywood nagging mom, Sharon reveals scars that run far deeper than her kids'. With a single, insecure glance at her compact mirror, Sarandon conveys that this is a woman who never regained balance after her husbands death 17 years ago.
It's in those moments, of all things, that Jeff finds its stride.
Two scenes, in particular, are harrowing: A fight between Pat and Linda could have been lifted from a real marriage counselor's office. And a car crash in the film's finale unnerves for what it doesn't show.
It's not enough to make Jeff fire on all cylinders. burberry scarves Helms is solid as a stupefied Everyman, but it's largely the role he plays on The Office. And Segel's character simply isn't given enough back story; that his father died is tragic, but hardly an explanation for his oddball behavior.
But Sarandon is worth leaving home for, even if Jeff won't.
She's not just a CIA agent, she's a mother!
Ashley Judd is on TV, y'all, and she is not messing around! The movie star is getting her Liam Neeson-in-Taken on in her new drama series, Missing (which premiered tonight on ABC). In other words, she's going to do anything necessary to find her missing son. Yes, this is one mom who isn't afraid to get her hands a little dirty.
Now that you've seen the series premiere, we want to hear from you: Would you care if Missing went missing from burberry kids skirts cheap ABC's schedule in a few weeks? (See what we did there?)
Becca Winstone (Judd) is a former CIA agent who retired 10 years ago after listening on the phone to her husband Paul (Game of Thrones' Sean Bean!) a fellow CIA agent, die a horrific death. Now, Becca must rely on her old training and contacts when her 18-year-old son Michael (Nick Eversman) is kidnapped in Rome. (Shows like this are the reason our parents never let us go on Spring Break and/or study abroad!) So it's so long normal life of running a flower shop, hello life of vengeance! Sounds like Becca and Revenge's Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) would get along famously, no?
Fret not, Sean Bean fans: While the actor burberry bags outlet dies in the premiere (he seems to die a lot onscreen, no?), his character will appear in flashbacks in future episodes. Wheeee! Take that, Joffrey! Oops, wrong show.

The study of the new frog species is published
A new species of frog has been found burberry ties hiding in plain sight in one of the busiest places on Earth: New York City.
For years, biologists mistook the frog for a more widespread variety of leopard frog. This one, however, prefers not to stray far from the Big Apple and has an unusual croak. The frog lives in the city's ponds and marshes — sometimes within view of the Statue of Liberty — so uncovering the frog's true identity was a surprise for scientists.
"For a new species to go unrecognized in this area is amazing," said biologist Brad Shaffer of UCLA. "This shows that even in the burberry handbags outlet largest city in the U.S., there are still new and important species waiting to be discovered."
The frog is an entirely new species, the scientists determined by using DNA data to compare the new frog to all other leopard frog species in the region. The unnamed frog joins more than a dozen distinct leopard frog species.
The newly identified wetland burberry beige handbag species likely once lived in Manhattan, but the amphibian's range has since declined. It's now only known from being identified in a few nearby locations: Yankee Stadium in the Bronx is the center of its current range.
Scientists began suspecting that the frog was unusual because of its strange-sounding calls, which differ from the calls of other leopard frogs. Instead of the "long snore" or "rapid chuckle" heard from other leopard frogs, this frog had a short, repetitive croak, said study team member Jeremy Feinberg of Rutgers University in New Jersey.
"When I first heard these frogs calling, it was so different, I knew something was very off," Feinberg said.
The results were clear-cut: the DNA was distinct, burberry scarves no matter how much the frogs looked alike.
"If I had one of these three leopard frogs in my hand, unless I knew what area it was from, I wouldn't know which one I was holding because they all look so similar," said study team member Cathy Newman of Louisiana State University. "But our results showed that this lineage is very clearly genetically distinct."
The newly identified frogs have so far been found in scattered populations in northern New Jersey, southeastern burberry kids skirts cheap mainland New York and on Staten Island. Although they may extend into parts of Connecticut and northeastern Pennsylvania, and evidence suggests they were once common on Long Island, the frogs have since gone extinct in these areas.
Until scientists settle on a name for burberry bags outlet the frog, they refer to it as "Rana sp. nov.," meaning "new frog species."
The study of the new frog species is published in a recent edition of the journal Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution.

Reinhart testified that after their conversation
Michael Hossack, the drummer for the Doobie Brothers during the band’s heyday in the early 1970s, died on Monday at his home burberry ties in Dubois, Wyo. He was 65.
The band’s manager, Bruce Cohn, said the cause was cancer.
Mr. Hossack played with the group from 1971 to 1973 and rejoined it in 1987. His drumming can be heard on early hits including “Listen to the Music” and “China Grove.” He stopped performing with the band two years ago.
Mr. Hossack, who grew up in New Jersey, played in various drum and bugle corps as a youngster. He said the experience had prepared him for playing in a two-drummer group like the Doobie Brothers.
After leaving the band in 1973, Mr. Hossack played with two other groups, Bonaroo and DFK, and was a partner at a Southern California recording studio.
He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War burberry handbags outlet and is survived by a son and daughter.
A trial pitting the creator of "Desperate Housewives" against a former leading lady on the ABC soap delivered jurors one final plot twist Tuesday in the form of a possible whistle-blower from within the show's ranks.
The last-minute witness, a construction coordinator responsible for building the show's Wisteria Lane sets, took the stand on behalf of actress Nicollette Sheridan and recounted receiving an email on his work computer that he said discussed a plan to wipe hard drives clean of information relevant to her wrongful termination lawsuit.
Michael Reinhart testified that he had no contact with the writers or actors on the show and believed he had been copied on the email in error. He said he immediately deleted it.
"I felt it wasn't burberry beige handbag intended for me; it wasn't my business," he said.
But, he told jurors, he remain disturbed by the message and contacted a lawyer for Sheridan on Sunday as her trial neared its end.

Jurors had been scheduled to hear closing arguments in Sheridan's case against "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry and Touchstone Television Productions on Tuesday, and the unexpected testimony from Reinhart sent a ripple of excitement through the packed courtroom. Summations are scheduled for Wednesday morning.
Reinhart told Superior Court Judge Elizabeth White that the email had been "gnawing at" him and that he was losing sleep over what he had described to Sheridan's lawyer as "a definite conspiracy." But he acknowledged that he could not burberry scarves recall the specific language of the email, its sender or the other recipients. He said he remembered only Sheridan's name and certain words including "IT" "delete" and "hard drive."
Asked by a lawyer for Cherry and Touchstone, Adam Levin, if it was "possible you misunderstood the email," the witness replied, "Yes, it's possible."
Levin had argued strenuously against allowing Reinhart's testimony. After questioning him outside the presence of the jury, the attorney said he believed that the email was actually one of several memos in which a lawyer for ABC instructed employees to preserve all their electronic records for the case, not to destroy them.
White said it was up to the jury to decide the significance of Reinhart's testimony, but added, "I admit he appears to be confused."
Complicating his burberry kids skirts cheap account was its tortured route into the courtroom. Reinhart left a voice mail on the office line of Sheridan's lead attorney Sunday afternoon describing the email and signing off, "There was definitely a conspiracy to cover up the correspondence … in regards to Nicollette."
Reinhart did not mention his name, but the lawyer, Marc Baute, tracked him down on his home phone Sunday night. Reinhart testified that after their conversation, he left his home to avoid a subpoena and subsequently spoke with his personal lawyer and tried to contact an attorney for Touchstone.
He said that he regretted describing the email as a "definite conspiracy" and that he was concerned about future employment for himself and his set-building team. Reinhart said that when he worried aloud to Baute about committing "professional suicide" by testifying against his employer, the attorney responded, "What if I get you a job if you testify?"
Outside the courtroom, Baute denied making the comment.
Both sides have forensic examiners trying to find the email on Reinhart's computer, but the judge said she would not stop the trial for the analysis.
When jurors do get the case, they will have one less issue to decide. The judge threw out Sheridan's claim of battery over an on-set incident in which the actress said Cherry struck her. White said there was not enough evidence burberry bags outlet to support the claim.
Jurors are still to decide whether Cherry's decision to kill off Sheridan's character, Edie Britt, was retaliation for her allegation against him.
