HBO will offer free online access to its two newest shows

Since 2005, when the actors formerly known burberry handbags as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie morphed into Brangelina, there have been near-constant rumors that the two are close to getting married.

On Friday afternoon, they got a little closer, though the news arrived with surprisingly little fanfare.

A picture posted at www.usmagazine.com of the couple with one of their six children revealed a diamond ring on Jolie's left hand. A rep for jeweler Robert Procop released a statement confirming that the jeweler and Pitt worked together on the purchase of the ring.

Later, Pitt's manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, confirmed the engagement to People magazine. "It is a promise for the future and gucci sunglasses their kids are very happy. There's no date set at this time."

Pitt and Jolie clearly are both fond of marriage, having made a "promise for the future" three times between them. Pitt was married to Jennifer Aniston from 2000 to 2005 before he hooked up with Jolie, whom he met on the set of the film "Mr. & Mrs. Smith." Jolie was previously married to actors Johnny Miller (1996-98) and Billy Bob Thornton (2000-03). Both have said more than once that they have no plans to marry until same-sex marriage is legal, thus this could be a long engagement.

In other Jolie-Pitt news, a Thursday report at revealed that the couple plans to work together for the first time since 2005's "Mr. & Mrs. Smith." They reportedly are in talks to star in Ridley Scott's upcoming flick "The Counselor."
Lights, cameras, Zingerman's!

The movie, which filmed in the Ann Arbor area last year, stars Jason Segel and Emily Blunt as an engaged couple who keep encountering speed bumps on the path to the altar.

In the story, Blunt's character finds out she's gotten a job at the University of Michigan for a couple of years. The film's preview includes several snowy scenes of Ann Arbor and a few glimpses of the U-M campus.

Zingerman's is featured in the movie because it's the place where Segel's character, Tom, works. There was footage shot where Tom, as a Zingerman's baker, is making loaves of bread.

They also filmed at Zingerman's Delicatessen on Detroit Street, according to Pete Sickman-Garner, Zingerman's service network marketing manager.

On Friday, a special screening of "The Five-Year Engagement" will be held at Ann Arbor's Michigan Theatre to benefit 826Michigan, a nonprofit writing center for children and teens. The VIP tickets are sold out, but $20 tickets are still available for the screening and a question-and-answer session with director Nicholas Stoller and producer Rodney Rothman.

• New York police have arrested a man who they say broke in to Sean (Diddy) Combs' East Hampton, N.Y., mansion, the New York Post reported Friday. Queens resident Quamine Taylor, 30, reportedly entered the house through an unlocked door April 1. He was questioned then by police, but he initially convinced them he was allowed to be there. Taylor is in custody pending the posting of $2,000 bail.
