I was in the deep end of the pool

"Dancing With the Stars'' fans know burberry ties the real March Madness doesn't start until Monday.

That's when Green Bay Packers wide receiver Donald Driver steps on to the dance floor and shows off a whole new set of moves as one of 12 sequined celebrities competing on the 14th season of the popular ABC show.

You can bet Green Bay, the state of Wisconsin and Packers fans everywhere are pulling for "DD'' to kick a little ballroom butt, because the only thing sure to sparkle more in the national spotlight than the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy is his smile.

Driver, 37, and his pro partner, burberry handbags outlet the Australian-born Peta Murgatroyd, have been hard at work in rehearsals in Los Angeles since last month.

His tweets have made reference to an intense schedule in which he dances five hours a day – after first working out in the gym with a personal trainer. In between, there are interviews, wardrobe fittings (for pants he joked on Twitter were "too tight'') and finding time for his family. "It's crazy but fun!'' he tweeted last week.

As Driver gets ready to take on the Cha-Cha during Monday night's two-hour live premiere, we've assembled our own panel of local "DWTS'' judges to weigh in – minus the Len Goodman crankiness and bad Bruno Tonioli puns – on all the anticipation.

They'll be back each Sunday to give their thoughts on Driver's performance, have a little fun with whatever else goes down on the dance burberry sneakers women floor and look ahead to the following night's show.

Prediction for how far he'll go in the competition: "A touchdown reception with the Mirror Ball Trophy.''

Her favorite "DWTS'' pro, past or present: "Of course, I love Derek Hough. My husband likes Julianne Hough. We really enjoy the sister-brother team together or when their childhood friend, Mark Ballas, teams up with them.''

Other star she's secretly rooting for this season: "Sherri Shepherd from 'The View' is someone I'd like to see do well. She's not afraid to take a lot of ribbing from her show mates and has admitted to not being very athletic. This show will wear anybody out.''

To those people who say they'd never be caught watching "DWTS," she says … "They probably sing and dance in the shower. How can you not like 'DWTS'?"

His dancing history/experience: Participated in the first local "Dancing with the Stars'' benefit for the Red Cross in 2009 and, two months later, found himself competing in the Wisconsin DanceSport Championship at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. "What did I know? Thought it would be fun, until I realized that 1,000 other competitors were there from all over North America. … I was in the deep end of the pool, so it was sink, swim or dance. Well, I'm a lousy swimmer, so I chose the latter and am still competing.''

What he thinks Donald Driver will Ray ban sunglasses bring to the ballroom: "His smile and personality will be a big plus. His athleticism and work ethic will be a huge benefit. My guess is he will probably be the hardest-working contestant in the show's history. His experience will serve him well, as he is comfortable with the process of being critiqued, then applying it to improve and perfect his routes. He also understands a sense of chemistry and timing. That's a huge factor in this type of dancing. And finally, he has the experience of succeeding under pressure.''

Dance he thinks he'll get his best scores for: "His first two dances are the Cha-Cha and Quickstep, if I'm correct. I expect he'll do extremely well in both, as they require quick and precise footwork. His upper-body core strength will serve him well regarding posture and arm position in the Quickstep. His nickname of 'Quickie' is no joke.''

Packer player or Green Bay celebrity he'd most like to see turn up to cheer him on from the audience: "How about Aaron and the other receivers?''

Prediction for how far he'll go in the competition: "I would not be surprised if he wins it.''

"DWTS" judge he most identifies with: "At times, all three. I think they complement each other. Len is conservative, traditional and by the book. Bruno is big on passion and emotion. Carrie Ann always is the most intuitive.''

His favorite "DWTS'' pro, past or present: "Oooh, I gotta be careful here. Karina Smirnoff — a world champ with the best legs on the planet. I have a soft spot in my heart for Cheryl Burke. Only my wife and close friends know why, but Oakley sunglasses I do have her autographed poster.''

Director of DanceSport of Green Bay

Her dancing history/experience: A coach and former champion who teaches the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and St. Norbert College ballroom clubs. Her students at DanceSport range in age from 8 to 70-plus. For the last couple of years, DanceSport has partnered with the local American Red Cross to produce their version of "Dancing With the Stars'' to raise funds for the Red Cross. Last month's show raised $190,000. "Loving to teach has kept me on the floor and feeling young.''

What she thinks Donald Driver will bring to the ballroom:"Commitment to excellence, passion and that smile we all love.''

Dance she thinks he'll get his best scores for: "Tango, Paso Doble and Jive. But I bet his Rumba will also heat up the floor.''

Packer player or Green Bay celebrity she'd most like to see turn up to cheer him on from the audience: "I would love to see our mirror ball fund-raising champions from Green Bay's 'Dancing With the Stars': Kate Burgess, Staci Kring and Bob Warpinski.''

Prediction for how far he'll go in the competition: "DD has the potential to go to No. 1, and I believe he will. I can picture it clearly … the Mirror Ball, the smile, the cheers.''

"DWTS" judge she most identifies with: "My nature is Carrie Ann, but my technical training and experience are all Len. So burberry watches I am Carrie Len, I guess.''

Her favorite "DWTS'' pro, past or present: "I have two: Cheryl Burke, because she always danced with her partner, never over her partner, and the one and only Corky Ballas, a force of nature in dancing.''
